yes janggo fett is bounty hunter..well according to the republic clone troopers.

the arc troopers before his untimely demise, jango fett hand- trained a group of clone troopers that were designated advance recon commandos. when the separatists attacked kamino, prime minister Lama Su personally activated the ARC troopers to defend Tiposca City. Genetically engineered to be capable of a substantial amount of independent thought, an ARC trooper armed with a portable missile launcher could take out enemy vehicles and fortification by himself. Because only a finite number of ARC troopers were TRAINED by Jango fett, they were used sparingly during the clone wars.
