They are consider as the Sniper of th Assult rifle and its only a single shot burst.

Yeah, bursts are the way to go.

However, with the M4A1, with its low recoil and good accuracy, you can do 4 to 5-round bursts without worrying about missing. Especially if you're crouched.

I do it online. Private matches, though.

And training involves real fighting. Just have to develop reflexes on controlled one-on-one scenario.
