UPDATES!
Since the theme for today's SOS Brigade is "K-On!", i changed the layout into anything consistent to it, except for the Haruhi picture and the SOS Brigade header picture. of course, we're only making it appear so that our current theme is "K-On", and not totally changing our own forum's existence. but this is only tentative. i still want to hear from you people about these changes, whether if they're good or not. *raises pipe and points at them* we admins will be readying our ears for your suggestions, so speak out, people!

one more thing Arashi, if you post some updates can you please write this exactly what i written below ( Follow the format). So that this will be formal Updates or statement. after you post the updates or statement. copy, paste and sent it this to the admin PM which is send to this who are Actively online. so that the other admin mates will know and if they agree your post he/she will be edit not your personal statement or messages. Just admins will written his/ her name to the Authorize Approved.
I'm sorry not to tell you in the first place. ^^" well this is SCO (Senior Commanding Officer) created rule last time about this format. cheers again.
Format are:
1.Color: is Pink because our admin color code is pink.
2. All in Bold style
3. the word "Authorize Approved." will be bold and italic.

The rule is quite confusing, and i don't usually make things out of formality. well, let's say i'm still fond of blending with the members to make it easy for them to blend in and understand what i'm trying to do. i guess even without the rule stated above, i'll still do the updates this way. i'd say, then, that i'd still like to remain lowly, even with my status as Admin. but i guess i'll still do the 3 basic format guide when it comes to approving authorizations. and, since we're here anyway, i'd like to make things VISIBLE towards the members. there's no need for PM-ing secretly like the old Admins did, since it'd be like "working under the shadows thing" and it's quite creepy, come to think of it. i'd like a system wherein we Admins and members are considered equal, and that everyone knows what is happening between us forum mates. we don't need any rule for secrecy, we just have to confide like friends do!

i mean After you post the updates, PM to the admin also so that the admin know already. because some of the admins they didn't go to the Department. well anyway only you and I are the active admin here =.= so disregard this just clarifying, and follow the format.

Of course. if there's a need, i'll just send a PM to notify you. i'll do the same with the other Admins. but, i'll only limit myself with saying things like "I have an important proposition to ask, so go to the Updates Department immediately" or something like that. i want to tell all the details here, and only here, since i endeavor for a visible and effective Administration, and for a better system where the Admins and members know all there is to know about. i guess this is analogously similar to a meeting room, don't you think so?

We're getting a lot more busier, i guess. but we have to be enthusiastic about it! although it's a hard thing for some, we have to scrounge for more people to pop out here. i suggest we pick high school level kiddos to become our juniors, but i don't really know where to find them. rare finds, i guess. *refills pipe with another tea*
@ Kona-chan: i'll be discussing with you the management of the music box, too. and to make things effective, we'll do swaps as well. like, when you're here and i'm not, you'll do the job, and vise versa. that being said, i'll now be working on with the music box section, and not just on the overall background of the forum. i guess i'm pretty much getting a hang of it, so let's make bring out more changes and be more effective as Admins. so we'll do our best, people!
